Ensaimada of Almont or " Cabello de Àngel"

The "Cabell d 'Àngel" and Almendra ensaimadas are made differently from all others.
To make a ensaimada with these two ingredients you have to fill the dough before baking.

We see that Tomeu puts the almond and Toni makes the ensaimadas of "Cabell d' Àngel", the two roll the dough and let it replenish.
